Hi, I am Ewa

Yoga, Ayurveda & well-being are my greatest passions, which I want to share with You.

I am always on the go and simply could not go a day without moving and exploring what’s around us. I believe life is a beautiful journey and adventure, the world is the best teacher and Yoga and Ayurveda are phenomenal ways to keep body & mind balanced and well. 

Through Yoga & Ayurveda I was able to successfully healed my own body and mind from stress and physical traumas. Now I focus on sharing my knowledge with others to improve their well-being, overcome physical limitations, tensions related to stress, and to ease the mind.

I’ve created Yoga Vagabond with a vision of bringing Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Conscious Living into peoples lives in a simple, interactive and convenient way.
Both online and offline.

 


YOGA CLASSES 

I have practiced Yoga for over 11 years and completed my Yoga Teacher Trainings in India at Indea Yoga and at Krishnamacharr Yoga Foundation.

My classes vary, incorporating traditional yogic practices, vinyasa flows, backbends, hip openings, deep stretches, and muscle strengthening.

I teach styles such as; Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow.

I run classes for groups, one-to-one and online.

ONLINE LECTURES / WEBINARS  

To bring more wellness into your life in 2019 I teamed up with Mysore Krishnamacharr Yoga Foundation to organize and share educational Webinars covering all aspects of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Webinars about subjects such as; Asana, Pranayama, Philosophy, Chanting, Mudra, Meditation, Ayurvedic Therapy, Massage Techniques and so forth will be run by experienced teachers from around India starting from 17th June 2019.

Upon your registration, you are able to participate in live Webinars or watch the footage at a later time convenient to you.

 


AYURVEDIC CONSULTATIONS 

Consultations with experienced Ayurvedic Doctors in India can be arranged upon request. Please reach out for more details and to arrange the consultation at a mutually convenient time.
